Project Management is available for your order. All orders are assigned to a Project Manager. They work with the Shop Supervision to insure that work meets the criteria of the scope, makes on-time delivery and is manufactured with in the costs presented.
Typically, the Project Manager is also the same person who has quoted your work. This gives the projedt a cradle-to-grave familiarity and consistency of communication.
We use the ERP System, utilizing Visual Manufacturing. Updates are typically e-mailed or faxed to you on a agreed upon freqrency. Additionally, we can e-mail project photos of in-process production, if required.
